Be Like the Ram: A Goal-Oriented Fitness Workbook
A lot of folks ask me what I do when I exercise, so I wrote up a short document identifying all the things I find important to note. This fitness workbook also called "The Golden Ram Workout" is chiefly about understanding ourselves and how we are influenced by others and the environment. The last page indicates the particular physical exercises I perform, but I am not a fitness expert, just a fan of being able to carry large plants.
